Summit Metal Products Corporation, previously known as Achar Manufacturing Corporation,
has been serving the window and door industry for over 50 years. Owned and operated by
Yan Cutler since 1983, the increase in sales volume allowed Summit to move in 1987 from Maspeth, Queens, to a much larger facility in Copiague, Long Island, New York, where sales have increased 1000%.

Summit's primary product line is metal-stamped parts for windows, screens and doors, producing approximately 62 million parts per year of 200 different parts. With a customer base of 450 companies in the continental U.S., which is served by a superior team of sales representatives, Summit can proudly claim to serve a majority of the leading window manufacturers in the country. Summit continues to produce new parts, with in-house die-making facilities, and custom-order parts to meet the requirements of the ever changing industry.
